Parents and Families,
We are beginning a new topic in Math! ➕✏️ Attached, you will find a Family Math Sheet designed to help you understand what your child is learning in class.
This resource includes an explanation of the skill and standard being taught, examples of the strategies and methods students will use in class, and simple at-home activities you can use to reinforce your child’s learning.
We encourage you to take a few minutes to review the sheet and try some of the activities together at home. When families understand the strategies being taught at school, we can work together to build students’ confidence and strengthen their math skills.
